Lisa Poulin is a consultant with the Boston office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 1990.
Experience
Lisa’s experience covers a wide variety of property and casualty work, including loss reserving, ratemaking, and financial modeling. She specializes in alternative market issues. Lisa assists numerous clients with the formation and ongoing actuarial needs of captive insurers and risk retention groups. She also assists captive insurance departments with the review of captive applications and financial examinations of risk retention groups.
In addition, Lisa has experience with workers’ compensation residual markets and also reviews rate filings for several state insurance departments.
