Experience
Joseph leads product strategy and innovation at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and artificial intelligence. He focuses on turning complex technical capabilities into practical, scalable products that create measurable business value. His work spans product portfolio strategy, AI-enabled solution development, platform thinking, and the evolution of services into repeatable productized offerings.
With more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, FinTech, travel, manufacturing, and consumer goods, Joseph has held roles in software engineering, data and analytics, product management, operations, and sales. That cross-functional background gives him a rare ability to bridge technical execution and commercial outcomes, helping organizations move from ideas and prototypes to real-world products that customers use and value.
At Milliman, Joseph has helped shape a product-led approach to innovation, with a strong emphasis on generative AI, automation, and modern product development. His work is grounded in a simple principle: build things that solve meaningful problems, deliver value quickly, and improve through continuous iteration.
Joseph's areas of expertise include generative AI strategy, product leadership, solution architecture, SaaS and business model transformation, data warehousing and analytics, automation, pricing strategy, market analysis, and product commercialization.
