Employee benefit obligations of Indonesian LQ45 companies

This report presents our 2017 analysis of employee benefit obligations based on the financial statements published by the companies included on the Indonesian Stock Exchange LQ45 Index. The main aim of this study is to create awareness about the state of employer-sponsored long-term employee benefit programs and to foster a dialogue amongst policy makers, employers, employees and the public about the future of such plans in Indonesia.
